There are three libraries in the Latin School of Chicago, the Mabel Slade Vickery Library in the lower school and the Sampey Hub in the middle school, and the Learning Commons in the upper school.
Our libraries are at the heart of many instructional, research, and social activities in the school, and host author visits, reading challenges, and other literacy-related events for the community. Students and faculty also have access to a host of digital books, periodicals and research collections.
The Learning Commons also serves as a valuable study space. There are small group conference rooms as well as a space for collaborative work.
